Dr. LapidusDr. Lapidus is a general dentist for adults and children. He has particular interest in Prosthodontics -- the restoration and replacement of natural teeth to maximize function, comfort, appearance and overall oral health.

Dr. Lapidus is a member of the Combined Jewish Philanthropies, Social Planning and Allocation Committee, and serves on the board of trustees of Temple Beth Avodah. He is a member of the Beth Israel Hospital Campaign. Dr. Lapidus participates in DASH, a program sponsored by the Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity which provides free dental care to eligible immigrants.

On a Personal Note

Dr. Lapidus follows his father, Dr. Charles Lapidus, and grandfather, Dr. Frank Lapidus, as the third generation to enter the dental profession.

Dr.Lapidus lives in Newton with his wife Randi. His daughter Nicki is a Master's candidate in Public Health at Yale University. His daughter Stephanie is a junior at Tufts University. An avid golfer, Dr Lapidus also enjoys playing tennis with his daughters and sailing. Dr. Lapidus values health and the enjoyment of life. He discusses his patients needs with them while asking himself, "What would I want for myself?"
