Treatment Plans /Financial Estimates 

We are committed to providing the highest quality dental care. Our fees are based on what is usual and customary for excellent dental care in the Boston area. We strive to provide an accurate estimate of the cost of your care, including what your insurance may cover and what your estimated patient portion will be. We provide this estimate in writing, before treatment begins, so you can make informed decisions about your recommended treatment

Dental Insurance

We will submit to all insurance carriers and will be happy to submit your claim directly. Please review your benefits with your human resource department or your dental insurance patient service representative who will provide you with all the details and limitations of your particular plan.

Unlike medical insurance, dental insurance does have a yearly limit on coverage  regardless of your needs( typically between $500 and $2500 per year) dependent on the particular plan you or your employer purchased.  It is important to provide accurate, updated insurance information to our office to make sure we submit all your claims correctly to maximize your benefits.  On the day of service, you will only be asked to pay for the anticipated patient portion after your benefits are utilized. Should your insurance company pay less than expected, deny the claim or pay you directly, you will be responsible for the full charges of your dental service.  Please understand we are only able to provide a rough estimate for treatment based on the guidelines provided by each insurance company. 

Payment Arrangements

To make it as convenient as possible on that day of your dental services, we accept cash, check,MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.  In addition, we offer a 5% courtesy if paying in full by cash or check on the day of service.  For an extended payment option , with prior approval, we also offer 3 or 6 month interest free financing to qualified applicants  through Care Credit, a health care line of credit.  To find out more about Care Credit log onto wwwcarecredit.com

Our Benefits Plan Administrator is always happy to answer any questions or address any concerns you may have in regards to your recommended treatment plan.  In addition we have a dedicated insurance specialist who will work with you in processing your dental claims and maximizing your dental benefits.  We are committed to removing any unnecessary confusion and anxiety from the financial aspects of your care.
